About Dance Studio Admin
Dance Studio Admin was founded by Fern Crosbie — a dance industry professional with over a decade of experience working across performance, education, production and studio management.
Fern holds a BA in Dance and a Master’s degree in Dance Producing, combining deep creative understanding with high-level operational expertise. She has built national dance programmes for the Royal Academy of Dance and produced dance events for global brands including Nike.
Before moving into production and operations, Fern spent years teaching in dance studios — experiencing first-hand the realities of studio life.
That lived experience is what makes Dance Studio Admin different.
